Mooring Bollard Integrity Review

This project involved a visual inspection and engineering review of various mooring bollards to assess structural integrity and mitigate failure risks. It built on previous bollard assessments across multiple Pilbara ports and focused on documentation review, inspection planning, and condition reporting.

SIE provided audit engineering services for a Radial Stacker, reviewing design compliance with AS4324.1 and conducting detailed Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and site assessments. The project leveraged SIE’s extensive experience in machine audits and standards development.

SIE audited the structural upgrade of a Stacker using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to assess the impact of increased loading on existing components. The audit confirmed structural integrity under revised conditions and supported final inspection and compliance with AS4324.1.
