These frames carry essential loading for conveyor operations. As corrosion progresses, strength reduces, shutdown risks increase and the consequences of failure escalate.

We assessed multiple structural upgrade pathways, from repairing individual frames to installing parallel systems and braced alternatives. After evaluation, we identified a superior long‑term solution: a new piled substructure that bypasses the damaged frames entirely, increases capacity for future upgrades and significantly lowers long‑term risk. This solution ensured critical wharf assets remain reliable and safe for years to come.
